Looking for other ideas in how to build a team kitty.............we do 50 cents a "hang"................................we do

10th strike, ten strikes and guy who fails to X after #10
Typical frame X hangs including diagonal
Miss average and set
Lose game

5 man team, 34 weeks, we will just miss $1000 to split up


Any unique systems teams use to build the $$$$$$$ ?

I've never bowled on a team where we have this.  But others charge for open frames, splits, etc.

We have:
Miss a single pin spare, you pay.
Miss any spare in tenth, you pay.
Every turkey (third strike) others pay, and 4th, etc
Pick up split, others pay.
Only one not to strike in a frame pays
Only one not to double pays double
Under average pays per game and series
Lose to your opposite bowler, you pay
It's common to owe $10+ on a bad night.
There are probably more. I don't keep track. I just pay.
We also do a quarters game on the night. Ante a quarter, then count strikes. The 7th gets the pot. Miss a spare, put another quarter in. Miss your chance to get the 7th strike, put a quarter in. Doubles count as 2 strikes. So, if you are on strike count 5, and you have a strike up, you need to double or pay, cause that strike counted as 2 would make 7. Left over quarters are carried over, and ante again next week.
There is some challenge to this, but if you have a range of averages on your team, all get a chance to win because it is pretty random.
