Hope all is well with everyone. On July 17th, I will be undergoing another knee surgery on the left knee. For those who have followed me on Facebook, I tore the cartilage badly in late April. Of all things I injured the knee from BOWLING. Wish me success please. Thank you.

Good luck w/ surgery, and speedy recovery!!!!!!  Hope to hear you are back on the lanes soon!  I haven't been on facebook since the beginning of 2018.  I miss all the bowling stuff on there, but don't miss the rhetoric and the time it consumed from my life.  You can always follow me on Instagram, where I am also mrbowling300!

This Thursday afternoon I will be heading to the hospital for pre-admission testing. Let's hope everything goes well there.

I will have the pre-surgical visit with the orthopedic doctor tomorrow morning. I will then find out sometime tomorrow what time I need to report to the hospital to prep for surgery. Thanks for the well wishes everyone.

Wow....Gary, I hope your wife's surgery was successful, uneventful, and that she is on the road to recovery.  The person I'm seeing was diagnosed with breast cancer, very early stages.  The surgery was last Wednesday, and should be successful.  Just some follow up radiation and new meds, and that should do it.  My mother had the same exact thing about 5 years ago, and thankfully, all is well.

Oh my God, Keith! Thankfully they got it early. That's the key. I discovered my cancer early and I made it, so I have all the confidence in the world that she'll be just fine.

Wife fell a little over a year ago and tore her rotator cuff. She also tore some ligaments in her wrist and was losing feeling from her elbow to half her hand. That's what last week's surgery was for. They moved the nerve and cleaned out the nerve tunnel. Hopefully some of the feeling comes back now. When that happens she can start rehabbing the wrist. Her wrist has been really hurting the last few days so I think that's a good sign that feeling is returning. She won't even dare to try and pick up a bowling ball again.

Thanks Gary! We got some positive news back yesterday that everything is clear.  She will need to start radiation treatment in a few weeks.

Glad to hear your wife is on the road to recovery as well!  She needs to bowl w/ her opposite hand then!

I am happy to announce that I have been making strides since the operation. I may be able to return to bowling as early as mid-September.
