You should watch P-League...several of these bowlers regularly appear on the show, including Ayano Iwami and her crazy backup ball delivery.  When she first appeared on the show she was like a sideshow freak but she kept at it and actually won a season over some VERY good bowlers.  It was really cool to watch!

I have been a huge Suzuna Miyagi fan for a few years now.  She is BY FAR my favorite on P-League.  And I consider P-League one of my guilty pleasures in life.

Thanks for curating this list of videos.

Even though the sport has had a downslide for 2-3 decades the quality of players is amazing.

Forget about the performance of balls the talents are all obvious.

My favorite P-league bowlers are Nao Ohishi, Sanae Mori [the gal that always wears the hat], and Aki Nawa

All three have been bowling on P-League for quite a long time now.  I wonder whatever happened to that bowler that had the crazy high backswing...she seems to have disappeared.

Urara Himeji is back. I saw her in a recent episode of P-league. She has a young girl who must be close to entering her teen years.

Any older P-league bowlers still in this P-league such as Akiko Tanigawa?

My favorite are:

Ayumi Kobayashi - lefty

Junko Harigaya - lefty but she was no longer bowling

Ayano Katai - smoothest release like 90’s Jaros

You mean Miki Nishimura the very high backswing? Her father is also pro bowler.

I have no idea what she is up to.

Himeji rubs me the wrong way...she comes off as arrogant IMHO

Maybe I'm a little slow here, but what's the point of watching tiny girls in short skirts with an announcer in a language I don't understand?
