We have a few scratch leagues around here but I would like to see one that included pots and prize fees.  Maybe 20 5 man teams Could be a travel or not.  Pay about 10K each for 1st place and $1,000 high game each game same for totals.  Move over a few pairs every game.

30 weeks 10 position rounds.  One every 3 weeks.  Subs and other rules could be discussed at the meeting.
Minimum average would be maybe 220 no cap.

Dumb question not related to your league. Do bowlers take their bowling balls on the subway to get to leagues in NYC? I mean, how do you haul a 3 or 4 ball roller to your leagues in NYC.

I was visiting my daughter who lives in NYC last week and this question popped into my mind.

Since the vast majority of league bowlers live in the outer boroughs (Manhattan has no league bowling), the answer is no.  There were a few, but the numbers were tiny.  Most either drive or walk to where they bowl.
