Yesterday night I was in Men's league during the 3rd game at the 10th frame. One my teammate missed his 4-pin spare, he made his too anger and caused collapsed to the ground. His father calm the son down after missed the spare at 10th frame. The guy African-American bowler made a tirade between on him after recovered from ground. It was a wild drama I never done in my life in past. The medical team arrived to check the teammate whatever he was ok.

In your league: Have you seen the bowler or teammate happened if missed spare in between games? Any drama going on in past?

When my teammate misses a spare, he goes into a mini tantrum that makes him look very stupid and silly!  I think throughout the league he is despised.

I bowled with Andy for about 15 years on Tuesday's....in 2008, while he was bowling in his Thursday league, he had a massive heart attack while bowling, but in between frames, collapsed and never regained consciousness.  He died a week later.  I did a fundraiser for his family, some of you were even kind enough to attend!  We raised almost $7,500 for his wife and two kids who were left behind.  The link above is the tribute page I did in Andy's memory.

I remember hearing about a gentleman who bowled his 1st 300 and before going home had a fatal Heart attack.  Seems like it was at Skore Lanes.  Not positive though.

Usually during league it's the older crankier bowlers who kick the ball return on their way back when they miss spares...
