while we're waiting for TBC to post his videos, here's a few clips I did with my cellphone to test out this little tripod I bought:

yeah...I installed Windows 10 about a week ago, and my PC didn't like it (the installation process) at all, resulting in the dreaded 'blue screen of death'. thought I was going to need a new computer...couldn't access anything to fix it, and finally resorted to the time-tested method of pulling the power cord out of the PC, and putting it back in. that enabled me to get to 'system restore', and after about 18 hours of text flying across the screen everything was set back to factory settings (Windows 7). must have cleared out a lot of clutter in the process, because the PC has been working really fast since then.

heading out to Kroger now (2:45)...if I can get back by about 4:00, and wife is still out with kids, i'll probably go out to Oak to do some bowling. text if you want to bowl...again.

Nah...dawdled too much, and ran out of time. If you'd have contacted me right away I would have put off shopping until tomorrow, and bowled. I'd bowl all day everyday if I could.

Thanks Mr300 and TBC!  It's been awhile and about time!   I really enjoy watching these sets, so thanks for sharing!   I watched games 1-3 so far...........thanks for the game 3 "shout out".  I'll have to replay that so Colby can see it![biggrin]

Hey, c'mon...BCAT I'm no longer a soft house bowler? ME?  After all, I am broadening my horizons now!   Thanks to Colby, we are starting to bowl more shots!  He want's to bowl sport every chance he gets, so that is exactly what we will do.   We'll probably bowl two leagues next summer.....the traditional Adult-youth.........and the sport league.

So yes...Colby is now "pulling" me along for the ride!  haha..LOVE IT!   I wouldn't even be bowling if it wasn't for him in the first place, so I thank HIM for THAT!   He's ready to dive into sport bowling so we will do it together!

I need to try to convince him to let me film a few games this Sunday!   He doesn't like me posting his bowling videos on youtube so we'll see how it goes!  I'd like to at least film another 3 game set.  We'll see what happens......

I was totally joking. You are a very good bowler. I also said 'you suck, Dad', while I was praising Colby, but the audio was a little rough...might not have heard it. Of course, totally joking!
Bowling on true sport/PBA stuff is really a trip. I bowled three...four...tournaments this summer in which a lot of PBA guys shot a lot of 150s and less.

My claim to fame was shooting 235 while TBC shot 125 in game 1 of the sweeper we were in on a sport pattern. I led the pace and he brought up the rear...lol. too bad reality hit me and I sucked the rest of the way on a fairly difficult paytern...but it was a lot of fun and frustrating at the same time.
