Stop buying Made in Mexico bowling balls for one. Maybe consider only urethane and not reactive.

Getting a little off topic here dude, but to play Devil's Advocate for a minute, let me ask you this.  Which is better...a ball made in Mexico of US-made materials, or a ball made in the US of foreign-made materials?

As for the OP, there are a LOT of bowling balls on the market with a LOT of different coverstocks.  For a high rev rate bowler like yourself, you'll want a weak coverstock to help tame the hook.  Urethane might be a very good option for you...a lot of the high rev rate bowlers on the PBA tour use it.

Also, since oil doesn't soak into a urethane ball like it does with resin, you can fine-tune the ball's reaction not only by sanding or shining up urethane, but also by leaving the oil on the ball or wiping it off.  I throw urethane exclusively and some nights I get exactly the right reaction by wiping HALF the oil off the ball.  Seriously.
