Don't forget that the Dick Weber Open is on ESPN2 today, not regular ESPN because of the Winter X games. Time is still 1pm ET.

I loved PDW's outburst!  "Don't flash the camera again!"  LOL!  I'm surprised there was no swear words that came out!

Poor Pete, completely fell apart against Walter. Congrats to Fagan on his first singles title!

I completely agree. I think he's more in his element with that 'edge' of his, and much more entertaining. It's just a shame that PDW's lack of any significant 'straighter is greater' game, seems to come back to haunt him occasionally. Particularly in the TV finals.

Its lucky for the pba owners that they are all ready rich.  What business man would put that no nothing in the booth.  I am still trying to figure out why the world series was so poorly advertised.  95% of the league bowlers who might have been interested in it never knew it was in town.  Much less for a month.

I liked Walter's straightness today. I wish Pete could have bowled better though...sometimes I think his age is getting the best of him.

Personally i think his choice of throwing the "latest and greatest" ball from storm was toooooo much.  He should have balled down to atleast a VE if not a little farther down.

lol @ BigJo

At youth tournaments I know, the tournament officials ask that there be no flash photography. Is that not the same at PBA events. Or is it just not enforced well enough?

Bill Simmons is from the Boston area, he tries hard to be funny, but he isn't 95% of the time - he's a Rick Reilly wannabe, another guy I can't stand.  All I can give him credit for is that he's a big fan of Boston teams.

And he knows nothing about bowling.
