5 to a team would destroy the shot unless most were lefties and even then.  That is what makes it so amazing that you can keep you line after so much traffic. Congratulations to him.  My league has had an 843 and a 836 this year and both the bowlers were using a line much like Sal's.  John Goormastic had 843 and Tom Milton had 836.  John had some bad breaks or he could have had much more.

About five years ago Sam was operating the pro shop where I then bowled and he filled in with us. Looks like he's put on a few pounds since then, and someone else runs that shop now. Its hard to pick up on the video but he has an extremely high rev rate, definitely a modern power player. My guess is he was probably playing at least 5 boards left of everyone else on the pair.

This was bowled at Strike and Spare II in Lockport IL, known locally as Strike and Strike. The nickname is well earned, it is one of the highest scoring houses around.

Without breaks not one of these guys would have bowled 900.  You have to get lucky on a few hits or you shoot much less.

Not surprised after watching the video. If I bowled as far inside as he does at my house, the ball would go straight to the ten pin lol.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious. But don't downplay the achievement. How many 900s do you have?
