Sure, there are a few states with 900 as their state scoring record for high 3-game series.

But the lowest record for 3-game scoring among the 50 states?

859.  Maine.

What a bunch of slackers they have in Maine.

We may have more certified bowlers in Mich. than they have people in Maine.[biggrin]  Same for Montana S.D. N.D. Idaho

RoadRunner:  I stand corrected.  Good catch.

But of course, you can see Maine from your house in Alaska.

It was set twice in the house I bowl at (Colony Lanes, Wallingford, CT.)  with in a year of each other..First Dave Kipperman set it at 895 on Oct 8th 2013 and then it just got beat by Tony Walters a year later with 896.  I felt so bad for Kip....I never thought his 895 would get beat and too only have the record for one year is heart breaking.
