Hey all,

I have a friend in my team who is playing for about a year now. He has always been bowling 2-handed. He would love to try out the 1-handed way.

Since he would have to start from scratch and go through some of the basics again he has asked us for help. However I would like to get some ideas from you all on how to help him achieve this.

What drills, changes does he have to do, any tips or experiences would be awesome.

Have him go on line and look up National Bowling Academy.  They have pages and pages of videos which are tremendously helpful, by category.  Mental game, physical game, lane play, etc.
