Did anyone catch this show?

Of the week, I thought this one was the best.  That left lane really broke down.  Tough bowling all around, probably how professional bowling should be.

What do people think of the first match qualifying for seeding?

Prather was the only one to over come tough breaks.  Don't know what Moore was thinking when he wanted to finish on the left.

The Prather/O'Neill match was teriffic!

More tonight!

I watched, and thought it was another great telecast. The crowds have been electric down at Thunderbowl!

That pattern really broke down and made it tough, and Prather really came through in the clutch, that mark he needed was not a given -- considering the pattern and the carry, as he experienced with that pocket 4-10.

Thought O'Neill's 10th shot that left the door open for Prather in the semi final match was very unlike Bill.  He had that match and let it get away.  I'm sure he thought about that shot all night!

Yes, the crowds have been great down there.  Not sure any other venue in America can do it better than Thunderbowl for this type of format for the past couple weeks.  I wish I had time to go down there and enjoy the action, but it comes at my busiest time of the year.   Reno and LV could host this event efficiently, but I doubt you would get the crowds like they have had at Thunderbowl all week over there.  After all, Detroit is the bowling capital of the country!

The whole week has been incredible. FOX has been killing it this year. I know Rob and Randy are not everyone's cup of tea, but they have genuine enthusiasm over the drama unfolding in front of them. I like the seeding match. There have been so many good matches. Just when you think a guy is going to pull away....he will leave a 2-4-8-10. Which has happened a lot this week.

But they've been making those 2-4-8-10's! 3 so far have been made on the shows this week.

I think the move to Fox/FS1 has been a definite plus. I have enjoyed the telecasts this year, something I haven't been able to say much over the past several years.

Rob Stone and blue oil. Not as much fun as they could be.

The shows have been great. So glad they use such an iconic venue as the Thunderbowl Arena.

What I can't believe is in 2019 is how they haven't developed an oil that doesn't break down after so few games. Bowling ball technology has been improving leaps and bounds the last 25 years or so, but it seems oil has not. Am I alone in this?

As long as they let guys aggressive shell balls down to 500 grit there is no lubricant under the sun that can hold up.
